JJPR is a boutique public relations, marketing and events firm focused on building, protecting and elevating our clients’ brands. We believe just knowing the current trends isn’t enough – you have to anticipate what will happen next. We know that there is more to public relations and marketing than just generating news clippings, but rather using the right strategies to trigger influence of the brand from every angle and to every audience.
JJPR has a proven ability to design and deliver successful campaigns, find creative solutions to challenging communications assignments and exceed client expectations. Our team has planned and executed large events including ThyssenKrupp USA’s 4000-person grand opening and BP America’s Hangout Music Festival Children’s Area. Our PR pros have placed editorial content in AdWeek, Advertising Age, Nation’s Restaurant News, Southern Living and The Wall Street Journal – just to name a few.
The agency began in 2010 when Jennifer Graham Jenkins, APR, a graduate of the University of Alabama, set out to find a balance between her love for family and her passion to connect with people, tell engaging stories and create relationships. With more than 18 years experience in the fields of public relations, marketing, advertising, publicity, research and communications planning, Jennifer holds her accreditation in public relations (APR) from the Universal Accreditation Board.
Jennifer and the JJPR team have received numerous awards including Best of Show awards from the American Advertising Federation, Public Relations Council of Alabama and the Southern Public Relations Federation. If that’s not enough, Jennifer was honored as the state’s Professional Achievement Award winner by the Public Relations Council of Alabama, and was named the youngest-ever winner of the Professional Achievement Award in 2011 by the Southern Public Relations Federation.
JJPR’s team is very involved in the community because we love where we live and want to do our part to keep it fabulous. Collectively, we are involved in the Public Relations Council of Alabama, Southern Public Relations Federation, American Advertising Federation – Mobile Bay, Junior League of Mobile, Community Foundation of South Alabama, SEEDS Education Foundation, Red Shoe Society of Mobile supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mobile and Children’s of Alabama Guardians.
