PROJECT BRIEF

Workforce Center Campaign for MAEF

The Mobile Area Education Foundation (MAEF) has served as an advocate and activist for public schools in Mobile County for more than 30 years and has raised more than $40 million dollars to support the improvement of public education. The foundation also is equipped with a Workforce Center that is vital for young adults who may have faced inequities in their life yet are in search of career training. The Workforce Center is a true testament to the work that the foundation stands for by providing seamless and successful career solutions to those of the Mobile area.

ADVERTISING AND CAMPAIGN STRATEGY

JJPR launched a 5-month comprehensive recruitment campaign using targeted social media, storytelling, and strategic advertising to engage diverse audiences and drive traffic to the Workforce Center’s website.

Tailored messaging was deployed across platforms like TikTok, META, and OTT channels to engage diverse audiences, emphasizing MAEF’s leadership in education. Through compelling storytelling, JJPR shared powerful narratives illustrating MAEF’s positive impact on students by fostering emotional connections. These efforts resulted in steady views, a successful impression rate, and an uptick in CTR to the Workforce Center’s website. Additionally, we observed that our engagement not only reached our intended users but also led to increased exploration of other services that MAEF offers.
